We've had a different hummingbird visiting us I don't know what variety it is but it has forked purple on it's neck! SO beautiful! I just searched it out and I believe it is a Costa's Hummingbird!

ALSO we've been waiting all year for this passion flower "Passiflora Actinia" to boom and it finally has!

Upon hearing that we were having trouble with our squash growing this is what my Dad wrote to me:

Melissa,

Use a Q tip and rub on one blossom/flowie and spread to the others. I was told by a Master Gardener that it helps, if you make a buzzing sound when you do it.
